Prices and Payment
All prices on staywired.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Your order will always be processed at the price that was valid at the time of ordering. Payment is processed via PensoPay, where you can pay with most common payment cards. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped.
Ordering
You can order online from us around the clock. When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of price changes, sold-out items, or suspected misuse.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide when ordering. We ship via Shipmondo with PostNord or GLS depending on your chosen delivery method. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days. In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. Free shipping on orders over 200 DKK.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline expires. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. Contact us at salg@staywired.dk to initiate a return.
Warranty
You have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects and deficiencies in the item that were present at the time of delivery. For warranty claims, please contact us at salg@staywired.dk with a description of the defect and your order number.

Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes are governed by Danish law and settled in Danish courts. If you as a consumer wish to file a complaint about a purchase, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus via naevneneshus.dk or the EU online dispute resolution portal via ec.europa.eu/odr.
